I am Eric Coury, owner, fabricator and designer of Castle Frameworks.  I live and work in Hailey, Idaho, where there are plentiful mountains as well as abundant riding.   Having worked as a bike mechanic for ten years (fitting, maintaining, and assisting riders in finding the bicycle that is best suited for their riding style), I had a transformative experience when I switched careers to metal fabrication and thus learned everything I could about welding and working with metals. Upon leaving the world of commercial bicycles, my gift to myself was a custom bike.  By visiting with custom bike builder Carl Strong, I was moved profoundly.  The experience that Carl offered in the form of a custom bike inspired me to create the same experience for others.  The journey has led me to carry on the fine tradition of custom bike building.   Sharing the joy of cycling is my passion, motivating me to create the perfect custom bike for you.  I have seen many trends flow though the sport, but I have always found that fit quality and craftsmanship are the enduring factors that transcend fads.
